You worked eagerly on a weekly basis to give me market analyses on what houses were worth in the selling area. Open Houses were well done with good feedback on changes needed to make it easier to sell the house. You walked me through the COs on the upstairs portion of the house and they were obtained quickly and easily.
Throughout the process your calming approach in dealing with difficult situations as they arose was invaluable, for you kept everyone involved at ease. As a professional myself, I truly appreciate a professional who is willing to go above and beyond what is expected, as you did in the course of this transaction.

I wanted to take the time to thank you for your excellent efforts during the recent sale of our house. Your knowledge of the “EL” section and of Real Estate in general and your friendliness and helpfulness were a big plus. Your assistance and knowledge helped us price the house correctly, above our expectations, and your efforts throughout in working with the Buyers, their engineer and assessor made the deal go as smoothly as possible. You were always available and helped answer any questions or overcome any obstacles that may have arisen and we are most grateful for the effort.
When we thought about putting our house on the market we initially thought we did not need a broker because those that we’d met in the past did not give us a very good impression. You’ve certainly convinced us otherwise and now we know that when you have the right person working with you, the synergism of all the hard work of the broker and client will make the deal highly successful. We had a choice of a number of brokers and after meeting with many, reviewing their qualifications and getting to know them, I’m glad we picked the one who we feel is the best.
